An amazing project with an implementation of Sokaco Group’s brands, for a sophisticated yet modern look for the entire area, that give a sense of minimalism and luxury. 

· For the floors and walls of both Bathrooms (Main WC & Guest WC) Marazzi tiles in stone look and matt surface were selected, in sizes 75 x 75cm with two different colors shades, grey & anthracite.

· Built-in La Torre taps and ceiling integrated shower system in black matt finish. Margaroli electrical towel rail in the same finish, selected for its looks and functionality.

· GSI rimless WC’s with swirl technology, and GSI counter top washbasins in white colors.

· For the kitchen, the living room and the verandas Marazzi tiles, 75 x 75cm.

· The kitchen counter top was custom prepared and installed in the same tile look as the floor.

· A stainless steel basin in a modern, minimal line and mixer in black matt finish, by Franke.

· Marazzi tiles, in sizes 75 x 75cm and 75 x 150cm, in a natural stone look selected for the roof garden and the external staircase!

· The inner of the swimming pool was tiled in multicolor tiles, 60 x 60cm, that give the feeling & look of slates.
